Approximately thirty jury trials tried to verdict , tried hundreds of non-jury trials and equity matters and prosecuted numerous appeals in State and Federal Courts including the Bankruptcy Court.
Trials have included medical and legal malpractice, and other professional liability claims, personal injury and wrongful death, landlord tenant litigation, broker-dealer fraud and securities litigation, trust litigation, partnership litigation, negligent management of trust funds, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, contract and bond litigation, land title litigation, foreclosures, note and guaranty litigation, fraudulent conveyances, injunctions, declaratory judgment actions, lender liability litigation, actions to quite title, bills for division, insurance defense and personal injury litigation for the Plaintiff .
Commercial transactions have included asset and stock purchase and sales, commercial loans, venture capital transactions, and municipal bond transactions.
Real Estate transactions have included office buildings, shopping centers, landlease financing, development loans on subdivisions and numerous residential closings.
We are title agents for First American Title Insurance Company and approved by most local lenders for closings.
